Currently, our system does not support email address modifications for existing accounts. To use a different email address, customers must create a new Fender Connect account with their desired email. Please note that profile data, preferences, and account history cannot be transferred or migrated from the previous account to the new one.
We understand this limitation may cause inconvenience for our customers, and we appreciate their understanding as we continue to evaluate system improvements.
